Usually, you'll find Linh Nguyen manning the Patisserie Francaise booth at the Grand Lake Market--sometimes, his daughter, Nathalie, instead. His wife, Alice, sticks close to the oven as she is in charge of all the baking and also manages their restaurant/bakery in Hayward called Le Paradis. Alice is from France which is where she acquired her baking skills.
