CAP'N MIKE has been selling their HOLY SMOKED fish at the Grand Lake Market for the past several years in a booth staffed by Jeff Hyde. Cap'n Mike is, in fact, Mike Hiebert. He and his wife, Sally, operate a boat out of Bodega Bay and do all their smoking in Rohnert Park where they have an office and kitchen. All their products are chemical and nitrate free and are smoked in Alderwood for about 18 hours.

They offer different varieties of salmon in several different forms including smoked fillets, jerky, sticks, lox and as a salmon spread. They also smoke steelhead trout, sturgeon, albacore tuna, black cod and halibut. For more information or to order online, visit their web site.
