Ed Rockowitz is the owner of Ahhh Professional Massage, which has been working out kinks for over-stressed customers at the Grand Lake Farmers' Market way back when the Market was under the freeway. He coordinates a staff of fifteen therapists -- all of whom are independent contractors. Two or three therapists staff their booth at the Market each and every Saturday, but the bulk of their clientele stems from wellness programs funded by major employers throughout the Bay Area including Southwest Airlines, CostCo and Ikea.

Ed is an Oakland native who began doing bodywork five years ago after completing a six month training course in Maui. He has also completed coursework at the Acupressure Institute in San Francisco. Typically, chair and table massage is available at the Market for $1 per minute with a ten minute minimum.
